Notes: Rascal has been in foster for a couple of months without much adoption interest. Rascal is an awesome puppy, walks well on a lead, house and crate trained, super social and loves other dogs. His ideal home would have at least one other playful pup. Children that are steady on their feet would be just fine and he has passed his initial cat tests.
