Notes: Penny has headed back to her foster home where she is much more comfortable. Penny, age 7, is looking for someone who will fall in love with her sweet disposition and decide to adopt her. She has been at the Spotsylvania Animal Shelter for over a year and is missing out on love and snuggles, which she is so good at giving. Penny is great in the car, a fantastic walking partner, and an amazing companion in the home. She prefers to spend her days napping with an occasional burst of toy play here and there. Penny is probably best as the only pet, but she promises she has enough love to give, and that being the one and only would be sufficient on the cuddle scale. Penny would do best with someone who is retired or works remotely so that she has someone around her, but she is not needy has a great amount of independence. She just likes knowing her people are close by.
