The law says: During cold weather, a dog shelter must have a windbreak at its entrance and have bedding material that is sufficient to protect the animal from cold and promote the retention of body heat.

Notes: Spudz, 2 years, is just not having any luck with finding a forever home. Spudz has had a couple of meets, but for some reason, the other dogs have always been reactive to her. She is fostered with four other dogs, does well with all and would love a home with a dog that would run and play with her. Spudz is built like a miniature tank and has no idea about her heft so we do advise a home with children that are old enough to be more stable on their feet. Spudz is house and crate, trained, and has a personality that is so outgoing and loving towards all that it makes it easy for her to be a breed ambassador and to take her out to sporting events, wine, festivals, dinners out with the family and everything in between.
